Fiesta Friday and RSCPA Great Big Picnic

Our School Council worked extremely hard to organise and run an amazing Fiesta Friday and RSPCA Big Picnic fundraiser.   

Children celebrated Fiesta Friday by spending the day engaging in lessons themed around a Spanish speaking country.

All pupils were invited to make a 50p donation to the RSPCA and come to school dressed in red and yellow to symbolise the Spanish flag.  Lots of activities have been going on all day, such as 'guess the name of the dog' and 'pin the tail on the dog', and culminating in a whole school picnic on the field.  Class teachers even brought their dogs into school to act as mascots. 

Everyone had a fantastic day and raised some money for a great charity.
