Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
We have been notified that the dairy will be able to start delivering school milk after the Easter holiday. The cost of milk for the summer term is £9.76. If you would like your child to have milk after the Easter holiday, you will need to make an online payment through sQuid, by no later than Tuesday 30th March. Please note the short deadline; unfortunately this is out of our control. No late orders will be processed. Children who are in receipt of income based free school meals are entitled to free milk and this will automatically be ordered. If your child is in Foundation and is now 5 years of age (or will turn 5 before the summer term starts on 19th April) and you do not qualify for income based free school meals, then you will need to make the above payment should you wish for them to receive school milk.
Our virtual Parents/Carers’ Evenings are on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th March 2021.
It’s great to see that so many of you have already booked a virtual parents/carers’ evening appointment.
If you have not yet made an appointment, please click on the following link. https://athelstan.schoolcloud.co.uk
You can make appointments online up to 6pm on Tuesday 23rd March. Should you wish to make any changes after this date, please contact your child’s class teacher.
On Friday 19th March, we would like to put a smile on everyone's faces by raising money for Comic Relief. We are having a non-uniform day and wearing any item of red clothing, even red socks will do! Please could we remind you that this does not include football shirts.
Due to the current situation, red noses will not be allowed in school, but children can paint their nose red, if they wish!
